Procedure for Reporting Outbound Mobility for Universitas Airlangga Students!
Universitas Airlangga students participating in international student mobility programs are required to report their activities through the Cybercampus V2 system.
Below is the official procedure to ensure your program is accurately recorded and verified.
What is Student Outbound Mobility?
Universitas Airlangga students who study abroad for academic and cultural experiences. Students may participate in activities such as semester exchanges, summer/winter programs, competition or other recognized mobility initiatives.
Why Report Your Program?
Reporting your outbound mobility activities through Cybercampus V2 is a mandatory step to ensure academic recognition, credit transfer, and program validation. It also supports the university in tracking outbound student mobility.
Follow these steps to report your outbound mobility program through Cybercampus V2:
- Login to https://cybercampus.unair.ac.id using your student credentials.
- Go to the BBK menu → BBK Outbound submenu.
- Select the semester in which your exchange program took place.
- Choose the type of MBKM activity:
- Student Mobility (less than 120 days)
- Student Exchange (more than 120 days)
- Select the program type (e.g., Exchange, Summer Course).
- Click the Reporting button to begin.
- Input your destination details:
- Country and host university
- Study program, activity type (on-site/hybrid), and period
- Upload documents (proposal, LoA), then click Save.
- Review your data before submission.
- Await verification by your Study Program Coordinator (KPS) and Airlangga Global Engagement (AGE).
Before submitting your report, make sure you have prepared the following documents:
- Activity Proposal (PDF format)
- Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from host university
- Information on Host University (name, country, faculty, study program)
- Activity Period (start and end date)
- Type of Participation (on-site, online, or hybrid)
Ensure all files are clear, correct, and follow the recommended format.
