The Inbound and Outbound Programs are coordinated by the International Mobility Division, which oversees the administration, facilitation, and implementation of international mobility activities for student mobility.

In collaboration with the Welfare team under the Global Reputation Division, the university ensures comprehensive support for mobility participants. For inbound students, the team provides assistance in preparation, arrival arrangements, cultural adaptation, and overall well-being during their stay in Indonesia. For outbound participants, the division facilitates opportunities abroad, including guidance on application procedures, administrative requirements, and pre-departure preparation.
