Visiting Fellow

An international program that invites international academics from foreign universities to come to the Universitas Airlangga for a short period with the aim of delivering guest lectures, conducting scientific writing in the form of seminars/training/workshops related to their field of expertise, and/or engaging in strategic meetings with the faculty member to strengthen staff mobility at the study center/research center/faculty.

  1. The applicant is a professor/associate professor/assistant professor/senior lecturer/lecturer in international university (non-Indonesian citizenship).
  2. Willing to stay for minimum five (5) days and for maximum fourteen (14) days at UNAIR.
  3. Willing to provide themselves health insurance during the program in Indonesia.
  4. Participating in other relevant activities according to the agreement between academics and the host faculty at UNAIR.
  5. Willing to submit a letter of recommendation from UNAIR’s faculty and passport.

UNAIR will cover a round-trip fare from the home country to Surabaya and hotel accommodation in Surabaya of IDR 25,000,000 at cost.

  • Registration: 1 February 2026 – 30 July 2026
  • Activity Period: 1 February 2026 – 30 November 2026
