DARMASISWA

Darmasiswa is a scholarship program offered by Indonesian government to the countries that have diplomacy relation with Indonesia. Currently, Universitas Airlangga is open for enrollment to learn Indonesian language through the DARMASISWA Scholarship Program, which funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The aim of this program is introducing Indonesian language and culture to the young generation in all over the world. Moreover, this scholarship program strengthens the relationship and the understanding of the culture among the youth. Universitas Airlangga will provide four levels of Indonesian language proficiency; A1, A2, B1, and B2. Before taking the course, participants will have a placement test to determine their proficiency level, ranging from beginner (A1, A2) and advanced (B1, B2). In addition, participants will not only gain learning experiences in classroom, but also engage in activities beyond the classroom and have cultural immersion trips with other foreign participants and academics in Universitas Airlangga.
