Conference Registration
Conference Fee
We are no longer accepting abstract/paper submission. Registration link is open until 31 October 2024.
- Regular Participants: 300 USD
- ASAIHL Nominated Participants: Free of charge
- Parallel Session/Country Report Presenters: Free of charge
- Optional Tour: 100 USD
*For the optional tour, the destination is Mt. Bromo.
- Each fee-paying university member of ASAIHL is allocated with free registration for up to THREE (3) conference delegates, who are nominated by the Head of the organization or institution. Fourth person onwards will be charged with regular participant fee.
- Additional fee (100 USD) is required to participate in the optional tour.
- Payment shall be made through the payment page that is showed in the registration form. You may pay by credit card or bank transfer.

- For those who are submitting abstracts, we recommend you register after the acceptance notifications are sent out.

Paper Submission Guidelines
2024 ASAIHL Conference discuss the following topics:
- Curriculum design towards supporting academics’ role in climate crises reduction
- Green economy-oriented research in accelerating university-industry collaboration
- Community services as climate crises resolution framework
Full Paper Guidelines
- Full papers should be no more than 12 pages (including graphs, figures, tables, and references).
Specifications: A4 size paper, 1-inch margins on all sides, Times New Roman font, 12-point font size, and 1.5 line spacing. Use Microsoft Word Office version 2010 or later. Should contain the title, the author(s) name and email address of the first author, the affiliation, the abstract, the keywords, the main text and the references () - Should contain the title, the author(s) name and email address of the first author, the affiliation, the abstract, the keywords, the main text and the references.
- Should be submitted by filling out the Google Form (https://bit.ly/2024ASAIHLFullPaper). *You will need to login to your email account to fill out the paper submission form. If you do not have a Google account, please contact inboundstaff@global.unair.ac.id for alternative submission guidelines.

- All submitted papers will go through peer-review prior to publication. Universitas Airlangga will oversee the review process accordingly and recommend the list of full papers that may be considered for publication. Full papers selected for publication will be published in Horizon Journals of Humanities & Social Sciences Research. Please note that the selection for full papers to be published in the Horizon Journals is subject to the decisions of the editorial team of Horizon Journals.

Accommodation
Our recommended hotel is Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan. To reserve a room, please kindly fill in the form. Booking period will be informed further.
Please note that any expenses regarding accommodation, including but not limited to booking, will be borne by the participant themselves.
For the purpose of the hotel’s booking record, you may be inquired to provide details of your credit card information.
The rate offered includes: breakfast.
The rate offered does not include: shuttle services.
You are welcomed to stay in other nearby hotels. However, please note that UNAIR pick-up services are only available for UNAIR – Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, to and fro.
